In the History and Legends lectures Master Chen introduces the history of Taoism and important Chinese figures who have contributed to Taoist knowledge and practices. We learn about Immortals and humans who have contributed to the body of Daoist knowledge.
The price for membership to the Community Portal is $30 per month, which includes the weekly live lectures, access to the Community Taoist Library and the Community Members' Forum.
The Portal is simple to use and most PCs that are in regular use will
already have everything that they need for access.The Portal requires only a moderately fast Internet connection (512Kbit
or faster), a recent browser and Flash Player on Windows and Mac. The following browsers have been verified with
the Portal: Internet Explorer 6.0.29 and higher, Firefox 2.0.0.14 and higher,
and Safari 3.1.1 and higher.In addition
you will need Adobe Flash Player 10.0.32.0 or higher.Latest versions of these applications are
